Treasure Chests

To get the Magical Bikini for Jessica:

Play the game until you get to a cut scene in Argonia in which Yangus tells you that Jessica has disappeared. This event will occur automatically after the final boss fight in the Dark Ruins.
Head north to Argonia.
Enter the house with the iron bars on the front and go upstairs. This is the only house you will be able to enter in Argonia at the time.
Watch the cut scene. Agree to help Dominic in order to get Jessica back in the party.
Go to the armor shop across from the inn after Jessica rejoins the party.
Buy the Magic Bikini for $13,800.
Equip the Magic Bikini as Jessica's armor to change her costume.

To get the nook grass (need for guy that gives us AlchPot mini-quests):

You will find it in Dragovian Sanctuary (bag).
It can be given to you at either Orkutsk or Marta's Cottage after certain events
Once you get it at one location you will not get it at the other
You can get nook grass at the cave behind Marta's cottage(after defeating the dog), a bag at the Dragovian Sanctuary or you an get it by monster drop (Hellspawn)
